乙方目前为在校学生，为帮助乙方提升工作能力及积累工作经验，甲方同意为乙方提供实习工作机会。为明确实习学生与实习单位的责任与义务，根据国家有关法律、法规，本着平等自愿的原则，经甲乙双方协商一致，签订本协议。
一、实习期限及工作时间
1、甲方同意乙方到甲方单位实习，实习期限为：

2、实习期间，甲方有权根据工作安排及乙方表现，调整乙方实习的部门或岗位。
三、实习津贴
1、经双方协商一致，乙方每月的实习津贴为

2、乙方迟到、事假、病假等的，按公司考勤管理相关制度，扣除相应的津贴。若无故不出勤，甲方有权按实际情况扣除相应津贴。
3、实习津贴发放时间为每月15日。
四、双方的权利和义务
1、实习期间，甲方应安排专门的人员对乙方进行业务培训、指导和模拟测试，乙方需遵守劳动纪律，遵守职业道德，按时参加甲方组织的培训，并对涉及商业秘密方面的内容予以保密。
2、乙方需遵守甲方的管理制度与规定，按要求完成实习岗位的工作内容。
3、在乙方按约定工作时间完成工作任务的情况下，甲方应按时向乙方支付实习津贴。如乙方无故不完成工作的，则甲方保留扣除乙方当月相应津贴的权利。
4、乙方在实习期间，若存在任何不能出勤的情况，都需及时告知甲方。
5、乙方在实习期间，应遵守国家的法律法规及甲方的各项管理制度。若出现违法或违规的行为，甲方可以根据情节轻重给予必要的处分或终止实习。
6、实习期满后，甲方将对乙方在实习期间的工作表现进行考核评估，依此向乙方出具实习鉴定，在学校所出具的实习鉴定报告上加盖企业公章。甲方不得以任何理由拒绝学生实习期满后的返校时间
五、保密职责
1、乙方应自觉遵守甲方的保密制度，履行保密责任。
2、乙方应妥善保管涉密资料和数据，包括但不限于客户资料、系统数据等。未经允许，不得用任何方式将这些资料和数据带离办公区域。
3、乙方如违反本条款，甲方有权追究乙方的法律责任。若造成经济损失的，乙方还应承担相应的赔偿责任。
六、协议解除
1、乙方在实习期间，若因自身原因需解除终止实习的，应提前30天通知甲方，并作好工作交接。工作交接完成后，方可办理离岗手续，否则应承担相关责任。
2、乙方违反劳动纪律或甲方有关规章制度的，甲方的指导人员可予以教育纠正，乙方经教育纠正仍明显不进行改正或再次违反的，甲方有权立即自行解除实习协议，并通知乙方按照甲方规定办理离岗手续。
3、甲方有权在乙方实习期间定期或不定期组织进行实习人员的考核评定，乙方应予积极配合。在实习期间经甲方考核，如乙方不符合岗位实习要求或实习成绩较差的，甲方可无条件终止本实习协议书，并通知乙方按照甲方规定办理离岗手续。
4、若乙方为应届毕业生，乙方实习结束后，甲方可根据乙方实习期间的考核情况择优留用，另行签订正式的《劳动合同》，并参照甲方岗位要求及薪资待遇标准确定乙方正式留用后相应的劳动报酬和福利待遇等。
七、其他事项及协议生效
